First Day of Classes
August 27
- The office will open starting on Wednesday, August 27, from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
August 28 & 29
The office will be open from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (no classes).
September 2
- 1st Day of school for grades 1-3. Arrive at approximately 8:30 AM.
- 1st Day of school for kindergarten students with last names starting with letters A-N. Attend 8:30-10:00 AM (staggered entry)
September 3
- Regular day of school for grades 1-3
- 1st Day of school for kindergarten students with last names starting with letters O-Z. Attend 8:30-10:00 AM (staggered entry)
September 4
- Regular day of school for grades 1-3
- All kindergarten students attend 8:30-10:00 AM (shortened day)
General Information
- A welcome email message will be sent by your child’s new classroom teacher identifying Teacher Name and Room Number by September 1, 2025.
- All teachers have a designated space outside and a sign for students to assemble.
- We will begin a gradual entry after students have been collected.
- School dismisses at 3:00 PM for grades 1-3 (differs for Kindergarten).
- At the beginning of the school year, a school package will be emailed to all our families through the SchoolMessenger. All information and required forms will be completed digitally through MyCBE.

School Supplies
Kindergarten – Grade 6
Student supplies are provided by the school for children in kindergarten through Grade 6. Families are to provide indoor shoes, backpacks, lunch, and snacks. You may also choose to send your child with a water bottle.
Grades 5 – 9
Equip your child for a successful school year with our selection of essential supplies!
Grades 10-12
Please bring your own basic school supplies, such as pens, pencils, and binders with paper. Your teachers will let you know if additional supplies are required.

Off-Site Activities
Keep updated on field-trips and other exciting off-site activities throughout the year. We're excited to expand on learning opportunities by stepping outside of the classroom.
