Wishing those that celebrate a Happy Easter!

Excitement is rolling into Windsor Park School as Alien Inline skating begins Monday. Students are welcome to bring their own helmets, and the full schedule is available on the school website calendar. To ensure students enjoy maximum time on skates, the school is seeking additional parent volunteers to assist with fitting skates and protective gear. Without sufficient support, skating time may be limited. A heartfelt thank you goes out to the many parents who have already volunteered their time—your support makes this experience possible. Students must have the Acknowledgement of Risk form signed and returned to be able to skate.

🛼 Sign-up to volunteer for the school's Alien Inline Skating next week here!

Parents are also reminded of the upcoming Parent Society Meeting on Wednesday, April 8 at 6:30 PM. The meeting will be offered both online and in person, with refreshments provided for those attending on site. This meeting is an excellent opportunity for families to learn how they can support Windsor Park School and have a voice in enrichment opportunities for students.

Earlier this week, Windsor Park’s Grade 2 students enjoyed an enriching field trip to Calgary’s Jubilee Auditorium, where stories came alive through performance and movement. Students rotated through four interactive workshops, exploring storytelling through movement, mask-making, light and shadow, and learning how actors safely perform stage combat. Once again, parent volunteers played a vital role in making this off-site learning experience a success. The school extends sincere thanks to all who helped make this memorable day possible.
